THE RIGHT TO PHYSICAL INTEGRITY AND HUMAN DIGNITY: OCTOBER PROTESTS AND THE APPLICATION OF POLICE POWERS

The Ministry of Interior (MI) of Montenegro, the Council for the Civil Control of Police, Protector of human rights and freedoms of Montenegro, Supreme State Prosecutor (SSP) of Montenegro and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) "Civic Alliance" and "Human Rights Action" have jointly published a book "The right to physical integrity and human dignity: October protests and the application of police powers", which is a report on the conduct of the police during the protest meeting in October 2015 in Podgorica.
